Scott lives on the South Coast of England with his wife and two step-children. He's been illustrating as a profession since 2001, with his first client being UK-based RPG game company, Mongoose Publishing.

I have a fondness for hot, spicy food and red wine, my favourite being most rioja’s. My favourite colour is red. I like strong dark coffee, but only organic and fair trade. I don’t have much to say about myself specifically (I’m not that interesting) but I will have an instructional artbook available some time in 2009, via David & Charles Publishing. The theme is ‘Goblinoids!’

The races included in this fun book are goblins, hobgoblins, half-orcs, orcs, trolls and ogres… yep it’s going to be fun and exciting! Artwork for this book will get a decent preview on my my website www.scottpurdy.net and my DA site www.scottpurdy.deviantart.com in the coming months!
