REAGLES
Having already had work showcased in most of the industry
publications - Exotique 1 & 2, ImagineFX
as well as the upcoming Spectrum 14 and Expose
5, Jennifer is a prime example of the self-taught freelance
artist who feels she is still in the learning process of her
digital art career. Well, we never stop learning to the day
we die...and Reagles is one of the strongest examples of sheer
talent and what you can achieve so early on in the discipline.
I have a love for form and color and if you have glimpsed
my work and found anything I created to be beautiful, then
I have accomplished what I set out to create. My educational
background in psychology and substance abuse tends to leave
the world appearing somewhat tarnished at times; I use art
to help balance out the negative. I am currently the Graphics
Director of a small urban magazine; I also enjoy creating
book covers and private commission work.
Influences
Stephaine Pui-Mun Law, Chip Marks, Carl Wenzele, Marta Dahlig,
Natascha Roeoesli, Linda Bergkvist.

impressed me so much I decided to attempt working at a larger
scale.

Share a quote: 'Dreams are illustrations…from
the book your soul is writing about you.'
You are suddenly the most powerful person on the
planet, what’s the first thing you would do?
Feed the children
What attracted you in contributing to Erth Chronicles?
The descriptive storyline was immediately attractive
to me, along with the opportunity to contribute by creating
a character, created a win-win situation for me.
What’s the most important professional advice
you would give a prospective artist? Stay true to
yourself and don’t adjust your vision to suit others;
following the flock defines you as someone who can create
art but not as an artist.
